The Chedi Kudavillingili will be open for tourists , later this year .Its first resort of Singapore’s GHM in the Maldives .Kudavillingili island located 25-minutes away from the country's main airport.
The   99-villa property will features:-

36 overwater villas, and a 150-metre-long central pool, it will have 63 island-based villas, a spa with eight overwater treatment rooms, a beach club and bar, an all-day dining restaurant and Hawkers Stalls featuring four live cooking stations.
 

GHM company revealed that The Chedi Kudavillingili is planned by a global team of design talents working closely with the GHM team. Maldivian architecture anchors the resort's overarching aesthetic appeal, with complementary interior design and landscaping from Singapore and a lighting scheme from the USA, HOtel News Resources reported.
